This Cookie Policy explains how Pulse Code Tech Ltd uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on syndrixai.com and in the Syndrix AI dashboard.
1. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser by the websites you visit. They allow sites to remember you, keep you signed in, and measure how the site is used. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and web beacons.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary (always on)
- sb-access-token / sb-refresh-token— Supabase authentication. Keeps you signed in. Session or persistent (based on your "Remember me" choice). Cannot be disabled if you want to sign in.
- syndrix-cookie-consent — remembers your cookie preferences. 1 year.
Functional (set when you use that feature)
- syndrix-theme — remembers light/dark mode preference. 1 year.
- syndrix-lang — remembers your UI language. 1 year.
Analytics (only with consent)
We may use Vercel Analytics to count page views and measure performance. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly — it does not use cookies or collect personal data by default. If we ever add additional analytics that do use cookies (for example, Google Analytics), we will ask for your consent first and list the cookies here.
3. Third-party cookies
Pages that embed third-party content (for example, demo recordings) may set cookies from those third parties. We do not control these cookies; consult the relevant provider's policy.
4. Managing cookies
- You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block strictly-necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in.
- You can change your analytics consent by clearing your browser data on this site (we'll re-ask next time you visit).
5. Changes
We update this Cookie Policy whenever we add or remove a tracker. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
