What is Syndrix in one sentence?+
Syndrix is an AI assistant that actually does the boring work of running a business — replying to emails, chasing overdue invoices, posting social content, booking meetings — while you do the bits only you can do.
How is this different from ChatGPT?+
ChatGPT writes. Syndrix does. It's connected to your email, your CRM, your bank feed, your calendar, your WhatsApp. It actually clicks send, books the meeting, logs the expense. And it remembers what you've told it, forever.
Do I need to be technical?+
No. You talk to Syndrix on WhatsApp or Telegram in plain English. 'Chase Dave about the invoice', 'post something about the new menu', 'remind me about Sarah's call at 2pm'. No dashboards required.
What can it NOT do?+
It can't do anything that needs a physical presence (sign papers, shake hands, drive the van). It can't replace judgment calls on big decisions — it'll ask you. It won't send emails to strangers in your name until you've taught it your tone. It won't move money or delete important records, ever.

How do I set it up?+
Sign up at /signup. Onboarding takes about 15 minutes: connect your email, your WhatsApp, your calendar, your accounting (if you want it plugged in). Syndrix then watches for a week before doing anything — it's learning you.
Do I need my own API keys?+
Yes. You bring your own Anthropic key (or OpenAI). We don't mark up AI costs — you pay Anthropic directly on your account. Typical spend: £20-60/month for a solo operator, £80-200/month for a small team. You set a daily cap on your Anthropic account to control the ceiling.
What if I don't have the time to configure it?+
Transport businesses get a 7-day white-glove setup included in their £1,500 setup fee. For the Standard plan, we have guided onboarding that walks you through every step. If you get stuck, message us — we reply same-day.

How much does it cost?+
Standard is £149/month on shared infrastructure, or £199/month for a dedicated VPS (same features, your own compute). Transport has a dedicated tier at £499/month + £1,500 one-off setup. Enterprise is custom — get a quote. All prices ex-VAT.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly rolling, no notice period, no cancellation fees. 14-day money-back guarantee on platform fees. The only exception: the Transport £1,500 setup fee is non-refundable once the build starts, since it covers 7-10 days of bespoke engineering.
What about VAT?+
Prices on our site are ex-VAT. UK customers pay 20% VAT on top. EU/ROW customers are VAT-free with a valid VAT number. Stripe-issued invoices on each billing cycle.
Why don't you include AI credits?+
Because AI usage varies wildly. A solo operator on Haiku might spend £15/month; a power user on Opus could spend £100/day. Bundling 'fair use' would either overcharge light users or force us to cap heavy ones. You control the dial.

What happens to my data?+
Hosted in the UK (AWS eu-west-2), migrating to Hetzner Frankfurt. GDPR-compliant. Your customer data never leaves our infra. Your AI keys live encrypted with AES-GCM, keyed by a secret only your instance knows — even we can't read them. Weekly automated backups, point-in-time restore.
Do you train AI on my data?+
Never. Your data is never sold, shared, or used for AI training. Your business data stays yours. Cross-tenant access is architecturally impossible — each customer's data lives in a separate isolated environment.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your data exports as CSV or JSON before we shut your instance down. 30-day grace period where we keep a restore-ready backup. After 30 days, everything is permanently deleted. No dark-pattern re-subscribe walls.
What if it sends a weird email to a customer?+
It won't — approval mode is on by default. Every outbound customer message needs your ✓ until you explicitly trust it on that type of task. You can also watch every action via the audit log. And: 14-day money-back, no questions.

What channels does it work on?+
Telegram (main), WhatsApp, email, Slack are included in Standard. SMS, Discord, voice/phone, and Microsoft Teams are on the roadmap — current subscribers get them as they ship at no extra cost.

Can it control my computer?+
Yes, on Standard or above. It can click, type, fill forms, and navigate apps just like a human at your desk. Used sparingly — most tasks run faster via direct integrations — but useful for systems without APIs.
