Syndrix is an autonomous business agent built by Pulse Code Tech Ltd. It's not an AI itself — it uses AI models (like Anthropic's Claude) as the reasoning engine, combined with custom tooling we built for email, scheduling, analytics, lead generation, and more. The agent connects to your tools and works independently, 24/7 — taking action on your behalf without needing constant instructions.

We built Syndrix as an autonomous agent that connects to your tools via OAuth 2.0 (Gmail, Outlook, CRM), REST APIs (Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe), and IMAP/SMTP for email. The agent uses AI models for reasoning and decision-making, but the connections, security, and automation infrastructure are all built and maintained by our team. You communicate via Telegram, and the agent works independently — sending emails, managing your calendar, generating reports, and researching leads without waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Syndrix uses web research to find potential customers, analyses their needs, and drafts personalised outreach messages. It can also score leads based on fit and engagement, helping you focus on the most promising opportunities.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as bank transfers for Enterprise plans. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Yes. You pay once for the setup and configuration of your plan. There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees. If you need changes or upgrades later, we'll quote separately.

Security & Privacy

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. OAuth tokens and API keys are stored in encrypted vaults with separate key management. API communications use authenticated, encrypted endpoints. Your data is never transmitted in plain text, and encryption keys are rotated regularly.
