The plain-English walkthrough.
No jargon. No module diagrams. Just what happens when you plug Syndrix into your business — the first day, the first week, the first month, and every day after.
Think of Syndrix as the assistant who never forgets, never sleeps, and actually does the boring work. Emails, invoices, social posts, follow-ups, the monthly accounts scramble — the stuff you've been meaning to delegate since you hired yourself.
You chat to her on Telegram or WhatsApp in plain English. She answers back. She takes action when you say so. She sends you a daily wrap-up. That's the whole product.
Your first seven days with Syn.
Syndrix doesn't land and start firing emails on day 1. It starts in watch mode — learning you — then earns trust.
Syn watches, doesn't act
Reads your email history, notes your tone, spots your regulars. Doesn't send a single thing — it's learning you.
Drafts, you approve
Every reply goes to you for approval first. You see each one on Telegram or WhatsApp with ✅ / ✏️ / ❌ buttons. Edit or approve in two taps.
You decide how much rope
Approval mode stays on for sensitive stuff (customers, money, contracts) but you can let Syn auto-send routine replies — confirmation messages, booking acknowledgements, 'thanks for that' notes.
You check in once a day
Morning brief, evening wrap-up. The rest of the day runs in the background. You intervene only when Syn asks.
Before Syn. After Syn.
Six situations every small business owner knows. The before is what your Tuesday currently looks like; the after is what it becomes.
The overnight inbox
47 unread. You skim for urgent. Miss three. Reply to five from your phone at red lights. Still 42 unread by 9am.
Syn has sorted them by 06:00. Urgent ones flagged, ready for you. Routine ones drafted in your tone. Spam gone. You open your laptop, see 4 items actually needing you — not 47.
The chase you keep putting off
Three invoices 30+ days overdue. Total £4,200. You'll ring them next week. Except next week, you'll be building the quote for the Smith job.
Syn sent polite nudges on day 7, firm reminders on day 14. Two paid within 48 hours. The third needed a call — Syn flagged it as 'human needed' with a suggested script.
The lead that messaged at 9pm Saturday
You saw it Monday. Replied Tuesday. They'd already booked with a competitor.
Syn answered within 3 minutes with a scoped reply, checked your calendar, offered a 15-min intro call at 10am Monday. Lead confirmed. You met them, won the job.
The content you keep forgetting to post
You haven't posted in 11 days. Your last post got 40 views. The algorithm forgot you exist.
Syn posts daily as Syn — her own face, her own voice, on brand for you. You approve each one in a tap. Consistency: restored. Views: compound.
The supplier overcharge you'd have paid
Invoice arrives. You skim it. £2,100. Looks about right. Pay it.
Syn cross-referenced the PO. Supplier billed 14 units, PO was for 11. £840 overcharge. Syn drafted a polite 'please reissue' email. You approved, sent, saved the money.
The monthly accounts scramble
End of month. You spend Sunday evening sorting receipts, matching payments, guessing what 'Amazon £34.17' was for.
Syn logged every receipt as it arrived, matched Stripe payments against invoices daily, flagged unmatched items. Your accountant gets clean books on the 1st. Your Sunday's yours again.
She's not text on a screen. She has a face.
Syn is the AI character who posts your social content. On camera, in her own voice, every single day, in your brand's tone.
Syn posts short videos to TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms — daily. She writes her own scripts (you approve them), speaks them in her own voice, and appears on camera as herself. You don't film anything. You don't hire a video editor. You don't need to remember.
She reads the comments, replies to questions in character, and routes anything serious back to you. The result: your brand has a consistent social presence, every day, without you lifting a finger.
For businesses that don't want a visible AI character on their socials — you can skip Syn entirely and use Syndrix for everything else. Content posting still works, just without the face.
Syndrix connects to what you already use.
No rip-and-replace. Syndrix reads and writes to your existing tools — it doesn't ask you to move.

For the curious.
A quick look at how Syn makes decisions. Skip this section if you don't care — your experience doesn't change either way.
Picks the right model
Short replies use a small fast model. Big judgment calls escalate to a larger one. For critical decisions (trading, big spends), two models vote before Syn acts.
Learns from you
Every time you edit a draft or override a decision, Syn stores why. Next time it's closer to what you wanted. Without a "training" phase you manage.
Reports before acting
Anything externally visible — emails, social posts, payments — surfaces for your approval first (until you say otherwise). "Ask, don't assume" is the default.
Your guardrails, explained.
Running your business is a big ask. Here's every rail we've put in to make sure Syn earns that trust.
You see everything
Every action Syn takes is logged. Who she emailed, what she bought, what she posted. Full audit trail, exportable.
Approval mode by default
When you sign up, Syn asks before doing anything that leaves your domain. You decide over time what she's allowed to auto-do.
Guardrails you can't override by accident
Hard limits: no sending to the Insolvency Service, no wiring funds, no deleting customer records, no posting about competitors. You can't ask Syn to do these by accident; she won't even try.
